Release 0.4.0 of febelfin-coda

We are proud to announce the release of the version 0.4.0 of febelfin-coda. febelfin-coda is a library to parse CODA files. This bank standard (also called CODA) specifies the lay-out for the electronic files, by banks to customers, of the account transactions and the information concerning the enclosures in connection with the movement.
